What is this blog about?

In this week’s blog, we look at how you and your team could benefit from market-leading RICS APC support from Property Elite.

How do we support organisations?

We work with a variety of organisations to provide outsourced corporate training, support and coaching to RICS APC, AssocRICS and Apprentice candidates on all routes and pathways. This includes consultancies, contractors, client-side organisations, universities, public sector bodies and SMEs.

What types of support can we provide?

All of our training, support and coaching services are available both online and face to face, either at your offices or our venues.

Typically, for a full outsourced RICS APC training programme (24 months’ structured training), we would recommend the following per candidate:

1 hour of coaching each month in the first 12 months of structured training (£135 + VAT per hour
2 hours of coaching each month in the second 12 months of structured training, ending 2 months prior to the candidate’s submission date (£135 + VAT per hour)
Monthly Mentoring for a 4 month period from 2 months prior to the candidate’s submission date (£425 + VAT per month). This includes 2 hours of coaching in each month (i.e., 8 hours in total over the 4 month period), a submission review, a question pack, an e-mock interview and full suite of support resources
CPD webinar package covering the minimum RICS requirements (£250 + VAT, volume discount available)

We can also provide an outsourced counsellor service (£350 + VAT), which can reduce the administrative burden upon your team (releasing them to undertake fee paying work) and provide an independent, unbiased final approval stage for your candidates.

We also provide bespoke APC revision and preparation workshops, generally either for 1.5 hours online or a half or full day online or in person.

Many of our corporate clients book these on a regular basis:

Half or full day RICS APC submission preparation, interview technique and revision workshops
