Our current RICS AssocRICS assessors provide training, support and coaching for the AssocRICS qualification. This is generally suitable if you have work-based experience or vocational qualifications. You may complete it as the End Point Assessment (EPA) to a Level 3 or 4 Apprenticeship.

It can also be used as a stepping stone towards becoming a MRICS Chartered Surveyor, via the Study Hours Progression route.

We cover all AssocRICS pathways and geographic regions via our team of specialist AssocRICS assessors.

Pathways covered (both Land & Property and the Built Environment) include:

  • Building Control

  • Building Surveying

  • Commercial Real Estate (including Commercial Property Management and Real Estate Agency)

  • Corporate Real Estate

  • Facility Management

  • Geomatics

  • Land and Resources

  • Project Management

  • Quantity Surveying and Construction

  • Research

  • Residential (including Real Estate Agency, Residential Property Management and Residential Survey & Valuation)

We can also provide advice on direct entry routes to AssocRICS qualification, as well as the AssocRICS Valuer Registration Scheme (VRS) assessment (via our Submission Review).

We promise a 7 working day turnaround time on all services, so you won’t be left disappointed.
