E-mock Interview - a 60 minute interview plus 30 minutes feedback and a written action plan, with a current RICS APC assessor
 
2. Monthly coaching (worth £280 per month)
2 hours of 1-to-1 online coaching per month with your allocated mentor
Flexible 'banked' hours - busy month? Don't worry. Unused hours roll over. You can save them up and use them when you are ready.
 
3. The knowledge hub (worth £200)
Full revision package - unlimited access to our Revision Guides and Quizzes, covering every single RICS APC competency.
Templates - access to our library of proven APC templates, e-books and guidance sheets.
 
Pricing and commitment:
Monthly fee - £425 + VAT.
Minimum term - 4 months, although many candidates continue for longer than this
Total investment - £1,700 + VAT (saving of ~30% compared to booking our services separately).
