What does this fee cover?
Due diligence - we undertake the formal checks required by RICS to ensure that we can act as your Counsellor and that your experience and documentation meet the strict criteria required.
Enrolment - we are named as your Counsellor on the RICS Assessment Platform.
Final sign-off - we provide you with a Counsellor sign-off for one submission window, confirming to RICS that we believe you are ready for assessment.
 
How does it work?
Book onto our Monthly Mentoring package - you must be signed up for our Monthly Mentoring package (separate service) to ensure we have regular contact with you to monitor your progress.
Purchase this add-on - pay the one-off administrative fee to formalise the Counsellor relationship.
Submit the documentation and information required for us to undertake our due diligence requirements.
Sign our Counsellor agreement to outline our mutual responsibilities
Work together - we guide you through the process, and if and when you are ready, we sign you off.
 
Acting as your Counsellor is a professional responsibility we take very seriously:
We will only sign off your submission when we are confident that your documents and competence are up to the required standard. This protects you from submitting before you are ready and facing a likely referral.
We work collaboratively with you to get you to the finish line, but we reserve the right to delay sign-off if we do not believe that you are ready. We do not 'rubber stamp' applications.
