If you would like Property Elite to provide you with an outsourced RICS APC Counsellor then we can provide this at an additional one off cost administrative cost of £350 + VAT.
 
This covers our administrative and professional time in providing the sign off (for one submission attempt) and undertaking adequate due diligence as required by RICS.
 
We will also require you to sign our Counsellor agreement and we will only sign you off if we feel that you and your documents are genuinely ready for submission. 
 
There is, therefore, no ‘guaranteed’ sign off and we reserve our right to withdraw as your Counsellor if we are put under pressure to sign you off before we feel that you are ready.
