Walking into your RICS APC Final Assessment without knowing the questions is daunting. We remove some of the uncertainty by helping you anticipate potential lines of questioning before you ever step into the online room.
 
What do we do? A current RICS APC assessor will review your final assessment submission and write a set of potential questions that you could be asked.
 
This reflects the preparation that we undertake as current assessors and provides significant insight into your submission and potential lines of questioning at your final assessment interview. We frequently receive feedback from successful candidates that a high proportion of the level 2 and 3 and case study questions come up in their final assessment.
 
On average, our bespoke Question Packs run to around 30 pages / 1,000 questions in total - what better way to prepare your RICS APC final assessment interview? 
 
Our question packs are NOT AI-generated and all of the bespoke questions (i.e., based upon your submission) are 100% written by a real human - a current RICS APC assessor and Chartered Surveyor. 
 
The questions will cover all elements of your submission (i.e. summary of experience, CPD record and case study).
 
At level 1, you will receive a wide range of knowledge-based questions. We will supplement these with any questions specific to the knowledge you have stated in your level 1 competency statements.
 
A RICS APC assessor will write personalised questions based on what you have written for levels 2 and 3 for your summary of experience (specifically relating to the examples you have provided), your CPD record and your case study. We identify the hooks in your submission and ask challenging questions to explore the breadth and depth of your experience.
 
Within your question pack, you will find approximately 5-10 questions per level 2 and per level 3 competency and 20-30 questions for your case study.
 
We cover all RICS APC routes, pathways and world regions, with a 7 working day turnaround time.
 
Your Question Pack will not contain the answers - we provide the questions; you practice the answers. So many of the questions are personal to you and your experience and we simply would not know the answers.
