Our E-Mock Interview is a rigorous, full-length simulation of the RICS APC final assessment interview.
 
Conducted by one experienced assessor on Microsoft Teams (the same platform RICS uses), we recreate the environment, questioning style, and intensity of the real day so you can go into your final assessment interview with confidence.
 
The E-Mock Interview lasts for 1.5 hours (60 minute interview and 30 minutes feedback, plus written feedback post-interview).
 
We cover all RICS APC routes (including the Senior Professional and Specialist Assessments), pathways and world regions. We adapt your interview structure to match the route you are following.
 
You'll face a formal 1 hour interview with an experienced assessor (trained by either RICS or Property Elite), structured exactly like the real thing. 
 
We do not pause to 'coach' you during the E-Mock. We treat you exactly as the panel will - testing your resilience and technical knowledge under pressure.
 
You will then receive 30 minutes of detailed feedback on the day (10 minutes before on interview and presentation technique, 20 minutes after to discuss your interview), followed up by written feedback, a transcription and a detailed summary so that you can prepare effectively for your final assessment.
