Achieving MRICS status has always been a professional dream of mine as I value the core factors that that the RICS has been built upon; integrity, high standards of service, professionalism and overall consumer confidence. I also admired the global acceptance.

Paul went above and beyond the call of regular duty, and I am 100% sure that without his and Rachel's help along the way, I wouldn't have known where to start, let alone pass the APC at the first time of asking!
