I was made aware a couple of years ago of the SPA route to MRICS from a business associate of mine and having enrolled, I "met the wall" and unsure of what the Assessment entailed.

Rachel was my mentor and was always on hand to answer my questions. Rachel is very professional, friendly and helpful. I also found the mock interviews to be very well organised and played an essential part in my revision. All in all an excellent experience from start to finish, and I am pleased to say that I passed my final interview first time round.
