I had been looking at and researching the potential for me to undertake a qualification with the RICS for a number of years and having decided to take the leap I realised quickly that I needed experienced support and guidance for the whole process.

After an initial chat with Property Elite, it became clear that both the people and the resources were invaluable, not just in ensuring I had the technical ability, but also instilling the confidence I needed to really go for it.

I had some challenging days and weeks, but the focus and direction Property Elite brought to my study time, and the support provided by my mentors gave me the ability to pass the first time and I couldn't have achieved that alone.

My path to MRICS was not an easy or conventional one, being a self-employed developer.

However, Rachel spent a lot of time working with me to devise the best strategy for application and guided me closely through the process.
