Testimonials - SPA

Property Elite provided me with an invaluable resource to get through the senior professional assessment. At every turn they were there to guide and support me.

I really couldn’t have done it without the support of Paul, Rachel and Jen to show me the way at Property Elite.

They are top draw when it comes to navigating your chosen pathway with the RICS.

An excellent company that I highly recommend to anyone who's preparing to become a Chartered Surveyor.

Thanks so much to Rachel, Paul and all the team at Property Elite.

Their knowledge, experience and guidance was invaluable to me and without question instrumental in passing my APC.

I could not recommend them enough to anyone no matter what point you are in your career.

I can highly recommend the team at Property Elite, I wasn't certain where to start but they helped me obtain MRICS.

The support from Property Elite was very good, well structured and presented in a friendly manner.

This includes Rachel for the beginning and final approval of the assessment, Ashley for the regular mentoring, which was good advice and helped me focus where required, and Alex for the useful feedback on my mock interview.

Overall - a very good service and I would recommend to others to use Property Elite in the future.

I would like to thank Jen and the team for their support with passing my APC!

Property Elite and the team have been indispensable to me during this process, the framework that they offer provides excellent guidance to any candidate coming into this process cold.

They make you feel like part of the Property Elite family from the outset, some of the contacts and relationships that I have built during this process I will no doubt maintain throughout my career.

Paul - thankyou for your continued professional support with my presentation, interview technique and generally keeping me on the right track!

Rachel - your support with my initial submission, case studies and the like - very much appreciated!

Cannot recommend Jen, Rachel, Paul and Lauren highly enough for the invaluable help they gave me with my SPA submissions, question packs and mock interviews.

Jen initially identified the most suitable pathway by assessing my knowledge and experience.

Rachel skillfully helped me put together strong case studies to demonstrate my knowledge and experience.

Paul guided me through my presentation and prepared me for interview. He put me through my paces, spending important time on my communication skills and motivating me to achieve.

Mark tested my presentation and cross-examination skills under mock interview conditions to identify any issues that I could correct prior to my final interview.

This well-prepared, cohesive approach from four very talented chartered surveyors led me to pass my APC first time, and I will be forever grateful for this.

Property Elite initially took me through my successful submission stage to the riggers of the APC.

Although daunting, my mentor, Michelle, helped in every possible way and both educated and supported me through my pre APC.

The Property Elite guidance helped me to highlight and emphasise my knowledge and experience to the best effect.

I highly recommend them for anyone seeking Chartered Status.
