Testimonials - RICS APC

I would highly recommend Property Elite to anyone going for AssocRICS or MRICS.

I have been working client-side since graduating, and balancing work, life, and the APC was truly challenging.

However, after consulting with Jen Lemen at Property Elite, I was paired with a mentor who provided immense support ensuring accountability, helping me successfully navigate the APC process.

Without the guidance and encouragement from Property Elite, achieving this milestone would have been even harder.

I would like to thank Property Elite for the service they provided, as the e-mock that they conducted for me undoubtedly helped me prepare appropriately for my APC interview. The service itself was incredibly thorough, as they undertake a full APC style interview, structured as it is on the day, before then offering detailed feedback on your presentation, case study and perhaps most crucially the way in which you answer the questions presented to you and how to refine that.

With their exceptional support, I successfully became a RICS member through the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) process.

The team at Property Elite went above and beyond to ensure my success, providing:
• Thorough review of my submissions
• Access to comprehensive APC resources
• Valuable revision tips and insights into assessment requirements
• Mock interview preparation to boost my confidence
• Encouragement and support to ensure I was well-prepared and fit for the final assessment interview

Thanks to Property Elite, I aced the final interview with ease! I wholeheartedly recommend their services to any candidate pursuing RICS membership. Their expertise, guidance, and support are invaluable. Thank you again, Property Elite, for helping me achieve this milestone!

I thoroughly recommend their services for anyone looking for APC support.

They helped me to refine and polish my submission, whilst providing me with 1,000 possible interview questions which was invaluable during my revision for the final assessment.

The monthly mentoring was incredibly helpful and allowed me to gain an insight into the areas I needed to focus on, and how to improve my presentation technique.

I also highly recommend booking yourself a mock interview, it is a great way to prepare and helps you to understand the mindset of an assessor.

I used Property Elite in the run-up to my APC, and the support I received was invaluable.

The question pack, tailored to my submission, was extremely helpful in preparing me for the interview. It included a range of level 1-3 questions, with hundreds of L1 questions covering mandatory, core, and technical aspects. The comprehensiveness of the material gave me confidence that I had covered the subjects in enough depth.

Additionally, the question pack flagged some tricky areas for me to take extra care with in preparation. They also provided me with a lot of general advice throughout the process. In addition to their paid services, I relied on a vast number of articles, YouTube videos, and podcasts that Property Elite provide for free.

Jen and her team were fantastic!

I utilised their services for Submission Review, Mock Interviews, Question Packs, Mentoring Sessions and the abundance of free materials. Each component was invaluable and gave me a significant edge in my APC.

Jen and the team's support was vital in preparation for the submission and subsequent final interview. The drop in sessions, submission review and mock interview amongst other resources were invaluable in helping me pass the APC. I would recommend Property Elite to an aspiring APC candidate seeking expert support and guidance.

A huge thank you to Jen and her team for providing me with invaluable support and advice throughout my APC journey. Simply would not have been able to pass at my first attempt without them.

Having recently passed my RICS APC and becoming MRICS I would like to thank Property Elite, especially Roger and Jen, for their support and encouragement.

The sessions were well structured, informal and informative. The mocks were extremely helpful and focused my revision.

Thanks again!
