I purchased the APC Question Pack ahead of my RICS APC interview and it really was an invaluable tool that helped me a lot. It contained so many questions across each of the different competency levels as well as some based on own submission including case study and CPD. Property Elite reviewed my submission and provided a very helpful mock interview, which was an exact replica of the final assessment and provided me with reassurance whilst highlighting any areas to focus revision on.

I came to Property Elite for help following a recommendation from someone at Network Rail. This was because I was keen to become a Chartered Surveyor given I'd been doing Property Management for 6-years, however I'd not got the letters to my name to effectively recognise this and give it the affirmation i felt i deserved.

From the first point of contact onwards, Jen Lemen was quick to respond and listened to my situation brilliantly to ensure I was paired up with a mentor who was perfectly suited to my professional role (which was particularly niche it has to be said). My mentor, Michelle, was amazing and calm throughout and understood my industry too, which was invaluable. When I started out with Michelle, I was completely overwhelmed by the APC process and didn't understand where to even remotely start with any of it, as it seemed extremely complex; but Michelle was able to break it down to me in bitesize manageable chunks at a time, to help me get to where I needed to be to meet all the necessary deadlines. Don't get me wrong, the time and effort required AFTER submitting the papers is extremely demanding on the individual and requires a lot of self-discipline and commitments to be made to pass, but Property Elite certainly guided me in the right direction every step of the way to make sure iI studied the right literature, took the appropriate time out to finesse other things (like the 10 min presentation), and to also go and learn about parts where there were voids in my professional knowledge, simply because there were small parts of the RICS competencies which were not carried out regularly in my day job, which were absolute fundamentals in order to pass the interview (and of course valuable to know about post-qualification, to be the best surveyor possible).

I would definitely recommend Property Elite to anyone looking to get qualified through the APC as a chartered surveyor. In particular, I'd say Property Elite really stand out where there is a person like myself who was unfortunately without the privileges inside their own company of someone who understand the RICS APC process. Some companies have people internally who can help steer them through what is a very stressful and challenging assessment in-house but its useful to know that it's okay because companies like Property Elite exist to fulfil this role.

Property Elite are able to fill the void and gaps in understanding, knowledge, experience plus anything else linked to RICS. A special mention should also go out to Amin too, who was both testing, demanding... but supportive in the mock exam that I did pre-interview. This was a real eye opener and helped highlight to me some key areas I needed to polish up my knowledge on. The follow up learning I did from this proved pivotal, as I was able to offer detailed answers in my final interview which honed in on 2-3 areas where he had told me to research.

I had two Q&As, revision material and a mock interview and this enabled me to be well prepared for my final assessment. Lauren took the time to understand my position with two young children and provided excellent advice to boost my confidence and this led to me being successful in my assessment.
