Testimonials - RICS APC

Property Elite supplied a mock interview and question pack ahead of my APC. The mock was easily scheduled to suit myself around work and provided good feedback as well as gaps in my knowledge.

This enabled me to target my revision with the use of the questions packs. The questions and mock were invaluable on the core questions to aid my revision.

I would recommend using these tools to aid the APC process.

Jen and the team were very helpful and although I came to them late in the day they provided excellent and very timely support in reviewing my summary of experience and case study prior to submission, providing the question pack based on my submission and a mock interview.

Property Elite helped refine my submission and highlighted areas for improvement, which was incredibly useful. The mock exam was also highly beneficial, it familiarised me with the exam format, revealed my strengths and weaknesses, and provided valuable feedback to help me address my weaknesses.

I subscribed to the Monthly Mentoring Package which enabled me to arrange monthly meetings with suitable professionals to help me through the drafting of both my Case Study and Summary of Experience, as well as providing Mock Interviews and a wealth of online resources such as quizzes and information packs.

I would like to specifically thank Lauren, Doug, Charles and Jen for their exemplary service and I would highly recommend Property Elite for any aspiring chartered surveyor.

The Property Elite online content is amazing! So helpful to prepare for the APC and any questions you have the team are happy to help. Thanks Jen and team!

Property Elite have been fantastic throughout my APC journey and I would highly recommend the Full Monty package. The submission review really helped me perfect my summary of experience and case study. The question pack and E-mock interview were vital in my success. They gave me a clear revision route and confidence to excel at final assessment interview.

Property Elite's E-Mock was an essential part of my preparation to undertake my RICS APC and undoubtedly contributed to a first-time pass! Jen and her team (Ash in particular!) provided a fast and efficient service and shared detail insight and interview tips which enabled me to sit my interview well-prepared and confident.

Property Elite can’t do the work for you or predict every question you may be asked but the submission review, mock & question pack were definitely helpful and there were some specific questions in the final assessment that I only answered due to their help.

Really good support provided that helped me pass my final assessment.

The initial consultation with Jen and my regular sessions with Joe helped me to develop and hone the skills needed to demonstrate competence in the Building Surveying pathway.

I would recommend a mock interview and the question pack as you prepare for final assessment. These are challenging and will help you prepare for those unexpected curveballs.
