Testimonials - RICS APC

It helped to streamline my submission and case study, whilst the revision pack provided really useful questions which I answered and used in multiple Q&A sessions in preparation for the final interview.

I received a mock interview from Jen ahead of completing my APC. My interview Joseph Foot was incredibly thorough and helpful post interview and provided me with invaluable guidance.

As a result, I passed my APC first time and I am confident this would not have been the case without this support.

I would highly recommend any candidates undertaking a mock before final submission to prepare and calm them ahead of the actual interview.

Roger Chubb, from Property Elite, has been immensely supportive throughout my APC journey, offering structured learning and consistent, valuable feedback that has been instrumental in my APC preparation.

I would like to thank everyone who helped me at Property Elite especially Jen, Mike and Amin.

The support and quality of service they provided was amazing and I couldn't recommend it more highly to anyone looking to sit their APC.

Hugely impressed by the service of Property Elite.

I don't work for an RICS regulated firm so I felt very on my own and quite daunted before coming across these guys.

The support they provided me with through my assessments has been incredible.

Property Elite were first class, Jen is so knowledgeable about the APC process and matched me with several consultants, who were each able to assist with a specific area of the Management Consultancy pathway.

Each of the mentors I had took the time to understand my needs, where I was currently at, and used their knowledge and skills to ensure I was in a position to pass when I sat my APC.

Property Elite supported me throughout on the case study, summary of experience, Q&As and mock interviews.

The support I received was outstanding and the team were always on hand to answer any and all questions as well as provide detailed advice to demonstrate my experience in the best light.

Very knowledgeable in all areas with a very good question pack.

The e-mock was also very good and gave an insight into how an external assessor would ask questions

Jen was very responsive and helpful, which when I often felt like I was running out of time was really appreciated.

My mentor sessions with Mike were invaluable, and surprisingly not for the reasons I had expected. Mike gave me the confidence I needed in the lead up to my assessment and helped me reframe my approach in a way that I felt more comfortable with.

This allowed me to remain calm and confident during my assessment and definitely played a huge part in me passing first time. The only regret I have is that I didn't get in touch with Property Elite sooner in the APC process!

Can't even describe the feeling of having passed my APC. Thank you Jen and her team for assisting me with question pack tailored to my case study and submission. It was a huge help the question pack contains possible questions which could be asked for all levels of the competencies which is a great guide especially if you're like me stuck not knowing how to navigate the revision.
