I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Jen and Ash for their incredible guidance and support in helping me pass my RICS assessment. Ash's monthly mentoring, E-mock session, and constant encouragement were absolutely invaluable. It boosted my confidence to finally pass after having been referred previously.

Jen & Brian were a great help and would definitely recommend undertaking an E-Mock with Brian, providing great constructive and informative feedback.

Great team and great support! Thank you for all the help!

I cannot recommend Property Elite highly enough for anyone preparing for their APC RICS interview.

Property Elite were instrumental in my APC RICS interview preparation. They reviewed my case study, CPD logbook, and summary of experience with thorough, insightful feedback. Impressively, they managed to predict around 80% of the interview questions—their crystal ball was definitely working!

The team returned my documents quickly, with additional tailored questions that really helped test my knowledge and build confidence. Most importantly, the support went well beyond the standard Question Pack, offering guidance that made a real difference.

Highly recommended for anyone on their APC journey.

The mock interview was particularly beneficial, providing me with a realistic experience that significantly eased my nerves ahead of the actual assessment.

Their guidance was both informative and encouraging, making a substantial difference in my preparation. I am truly grateful for their assistance.

Property Elite understand what assessors are looking for. The mock interviews and one-to-one feedback were all incredibly valuable. They helped me refine my submission, anticipate challenging questions, and present my experience clearly and professionally.

The mock interview provided by Property Elite was invaluable in preparing me for my APC interview, simulating the real conditions of the interview and highlighting gaps in my knowledge that led to my success.

The question pack that Property Elite provided was very helpful, especially at level 2 and 3. I would recommend this to any APC candidates.

I would also vouch for the mock interview provided; this was also great!
