Testimonials - RICS APC

I purchased the submission review and question pack and I was very impressed with the feedback and level of detail they provided.

The question pack was an excellent revision tool and helped me go into the assessment with confidence and pass first time.

I purchased the question pack which gave me more confidence in what to expect from the assessors and covered all bases of my submission – there were so many questions I had not thought about!

Without this I don’t think I would have passed my APC first time round and I would do it all again if I had too.

The help and guidance I received with both my application and preparing for my assessment was fantastic.

The mock interview is a great way of preparing you for what is to come - would highly recommend.

Many thanks!

A lot of dedicated work is needed and Property Elite made it as straight forward as could be! The mock interview is a great way of preparing you for what is to come - would highly recommend.

Many thanks!

I first came across Property Elite during a RICS Matrics event 'all about the APC', I was very impressed with the content delivered and Jen's knowledge and expertise. I subsequently enquired about the other services they provided and purchased 'Offer 1 - Ace Your Assessment' choosing submission review and E-mock interview. I found the submission review invaluable, it offered very comprehensive feedback delivered within a prompt timescale, particularly important when you’re working to a deadline. I believe the E-mock interview is essential for any candidate who have not undertaken a mock. The E-mock followed the format of a final assessment interview, giving you the experience and structure of the assessment and the type of questions, you would be expected to answer. It genuinely helps to settle the nerves and prepares you for the real thing. I ended up taking two E-mocks before my final assessment, the experience certainly served me well, when I undertook my final assessment interview. In addition to these services I purchased the APC Question Pack that offered a multitude of tailored questions to your case study, competencies and CPD, a fantastic revision aid. I also found the Online APC Revision Quiz Package a useful tool to test yourself and gauge which areas you should focus your revision.

I would like to thank Jen and her team at Property Elite for delivering an impeccable service that went above and beyond my expectations, and clearly demonstrated their genuine passion to help candidates through their APC.

Jen Lemen was my mentor leading up to my APC interview and she helped me prepare the summary of experience and case study through one to one mentoring. She was also able to answer my many questions I had throughout the process with clear and prompt responses.

I also had a comprehensive submission review undertaken, which prepared me for likely questions to be asked in the interview.

Lastly, I booked mock interviews with experienced assessors working with Property Elite. This was extremely helpful as it demonstrated what the actual interview would be like and gave me a good idea of what my strengths and weaknesses were. All these services calmed my nerves before the assessement as I knew I was well prepared to pass my APC.

Many thanks!

I cannot recommend Property Elite highly enough. I had struggled getting the support for my APC due to a lack of resource within the work place, and had convinced myself I would never get through the process.

I typed ‘APC help’ into google one evening and Property Elite popped up. I never looked back!

I had a 15-minute free consultation with Rachel, and I immediately knew these were the people for me – so professional, but also so personable.

I had 1:1 mentoring with Rachel for around 6-months in total, which took me through the submission review, question pack, revision sessions and mock-interview.

Rachel believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself, and because of her, and her never failing support, the whole process went like clockwork.
