Testimonials - RICS APC

Thanks to Property Elite, I took advantage of a submission review, question pack and a Q&A session with a Building Surveying pathway assessor. I received the review and question pack within 4 days.

The advice on what to improve was invaluable and the questions were tailored to my submission. I had a Q&A a few days before my interview.

This helped settle my nerves and gave me confidence that I would pass.

The quiz packages are very helpful to ensure that you have a sufficient breadth of knowledge and as a way to build confidence.

Jen was very quick to respond and really went above and beyond when helping me prepare my presentation.

I would strongly recommend Jen and Property Elite for any APC candidate. The podcasts are also very beneficial for a job when a good deal of travel is inevitable.

Thank you for all your help.

Property Elite is one of the best platforms available for APC training for candidates since it provides access to structured learning by competency.

I had enrolled for the APC quiz (all competencies) and the APC question pack (customized as per your summary of experience).

The Quiz helped me focus on the more relevant topics and the APC question pack gave me a flavour of the different questions that a candidate may be tested on. But of course, we can be asked anything related to our competencies on the hot seat.

Their feedback, guidance and support on my case study and summary of experience set me on the right path to passing my APC.

I purchased the Monthly Mentoring which was great value for money and provided me with mentoring for my submission and the final interview.

Many thanks again to the Property Elite Team.

They provide a fantastic service which includes written feedback, mock interviews and general Q&A.

They are always happy to help and really do make the APC process much less stressful than it is!

The feedback for my submission and a couple of mock interviews set me up and gave me the confidence to ace my assessment.

I purchased the Monthly Mentoring which was great value for money and provided me with mentoring for my submission and the final interview.

I would recommend them without doubt to anyone who may be feeling like they need a helping hand. I purchased the question pack as soon as I submitted and focused on anything I wasn't comfortable with, money very well spent, highly recommended!

Jen and the team at Property Elite were fantastic in supporting me during the final stages of my APC.

I'd highly recommend the revision question pack which proved to be a brilliant framework for my revision.

All without a broken promise to their high standard of service, they truly provide the gold standard of support.

I am glad that I found Property Elite when I got referred on my first attempt.

Many thanks to Jen for contacting me and providing free feedback on my referral report after which I decided to go ahead with the monthly mentoring option with Property Elite.

It was so worth it, Rachel and Ashley not only provided some great points on improving my existing work but also tailored the service to my needs which was Q&A in all areas.

I am so grateful to Ashley for showing me little basic techniques which improved my presentation to the next level. I was calm and felt prepared on my final assessment date.
