Testimonials - RICS APC

Huge thank you to Rachel and Jen at Property Elite for mentoring and supporting me with preparing successfully for RICS APC. I am delighted to have passed and gained MRICS and Registered Valuer status first time!

I found that preparing for the APC assessments is one of the hardest, stressful and most important work I have done. I believe that working with Property Elite increased my chance of success, I highly recommend Property Elite to any APC students taking on the ultra-challenging, complex RICS APC assessments.

I particularly valued Property Elite’s range of structured support including - regular mentoring sessions, comprehensive question pack and mock interview all made a significant difference to getting ready for the APC interview.

Property Elite helped me with my final interview preparation. Both the question pack and the mock interview allowed me to raise my knowledge and confidence.

I recently found out I obtained MRICS status and I definitely feel the Property Elite question pack helped me prepare for the final interview!

I had a e-mock interview through Property Elite and it was invaluable to my passing the APC!

I got very detailed and thorough feedback on my submission, which was invaluable.

The question pack was a great framework for the final few months of study, and especially to cover general knowledge for the mandatory compentencies, and the full gamut of ethics topics.

The mock interview experience was invaluable prior to the final assessment, which I'd recommend to anyone completing their APC.

Overall, a really comprehensive review which was a a great help in completing my APC.

It was incredibly useful to have an assessor review my submission and provide detailed comments on my case study and summary of experience.

Having a question pack specific to my submission gave me an understanding of the questions the assessors are likely to ask and became my go to for revision.

The mock interview helped to familiarise with the format of the final interview and understand which areas I needed to focus on in the last few weeks.

The teams all round advice and guidance was invaluable and prepared me for the final assessment in the best possible way.

Both the mentoring and mock interview were invaluable and the question pack provided really helped me structure my revision plan.

Special thanks to both Jen and Brian who helped me.

I contacted Property Elite in regards to using their submission review & feedback service. Jen was brilliant from initial contact, right through to finalising my submission. Jen highlighted the limitations in my draft submission, helped me structure and present both my competencies and case study in a more professional manner.

Jen advised on amendments via track changes on Word which made the process simple and easy to follow. Without Jen and her excellent advice, I believe my submission would of been in much worse shape.

I would highly recommend Jen and PE as their service was brilliant from start to finish and more importantly I do not think my submission would have passed without their input. Thanks again!

I genuinely cannot thank you guys enough for the ongoing support provided during a stressful 6 months of preparation! I am extremely satisfied having received my assessment results this morning.

Mark McKay was particularly helpful and encouraging, even when I was not prepared for my mock!

Property Elite were fantastic support in the lead up to my APC. Always on hand with any questions, very approachable and the question pack was my bible in the lead up to my interview!
