Testimonials - RICS APC

Huge thanks to both Jen and Rachel who guided me so clearly through the process of qualifying as a member of the RICS.

From consultations initally to discuss my competencies, to helping stucture and adapt my case study, to providing an extremely useful revision pack, and a really useful mock.

I am delighted to have passed first time, and really appreciate all the help and guidance I was given by Property Elite over the last 2 years. Also, the weekly blogs were such a sueful resource!

I has the question pack and mock interview which were a life saver at focusing my studying, and also giving me confidence in my abilities when sitting the actual interview.

The blog posts are also an invaluable tool for staying up to date with hot topics that I may have otherwise missed!

Thank you Jen and all your team!

They provided invaluable assistance through their mock interview process and highlighted key areas for me to revise ahead of my interview.

Their question pack was a really useful revision tool to understand what potential questions may be asked on my submission.

There are different packages for everyone at varying prices. My package included X3 1-2-1 sessions, an e-mock (which was really helpful as I had to sit my APC this session over Skype), a question pack tailored to my submission and online quizzes.

The question pack was a great way to revise as it is a speaking exam and not written so was the best way to prepare.

Jen and Rachel were very supportive throughout the whole process and as I said I would have no hesitation in recommending Property Elite for any of our future graduates!

Jen responded so quickly to all queries and my submission reviewed promptly. The mock interviews are a must!

They provide great feedback with interview techniques which gave me the confidence on the day of the final interview.

Jen's help throughout the months leading up to the final assessment was invaluable! Any emails I sent were quickly responded to, and Jen was happy to explain anything I was unsure of.

I purchased the Full Monty offer which was great value for money and provided me with all the services I needed to pass the APC.

Passed my assessment first time and became a Chartered Surveyor. The level of support and attentiveness by Property Elite was exceptional.

It was less than two years ago when I started my training and mentoring sessions with Property Elite and during this journey, I had the pleasure of working closely with a team of world class professionals who all did a tremendous job going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that not only I will pass the APC assessment, but also I am fully trained at the highest standard expected from a Chartered Surveyor.

I bought the APC question pack just after submitting APC submission.

While I initially thought it was expensive, it has turned out to be the most valuable tool for my APC revision.

The pack highlighted significant knowledge gaps of which I was unaware.

Using the questions (at all levels) to direct my research and revision, I was able to produce a comprehensive set of background and submission-specific knowledge that held me in good stead through the interview and will continue to do so for my future career.

This is an excellent investment for any APC candidate, though you still need to put in the hours to get the most from it.

I would highly recommend this and the Property Elite blogs and podcasts to anybody sitting their APC.

The APC process is all about showing that you’re professionally competent, Property Elite helped me achieve that.

The mocks I undertook with Property Elite were essential to me passing the assessment. The mocks were very much like the real thing but with the benefit of feedback afterwards and being able to discuss competencies and style of answering questions which was very helpful.

’d also like to note that if you are a graduate in a position where you aren’t on a graduate scheme or surrounded by colleagues who are up to date with the submission process through to assessment then Property Elite is worth getting in touch with.

Jen and her team were helpful with all my questions whether technical or about my submission or assessment.
