Testimonials - RICS APC

I signed up for the Monthly Mentoring package with Property Elite and I was not disappointed.

Their level of service is first class and they were always there for me when I needed assistance.

Without the service of Property Elite I feel I would have struggled to pass my final assessment. But with their guidance the final assessment process went very smoothly.

During the final months of my APC preparation, I had a mock interview with Property Elite. This was a great way to understand the interview process and made it clear how the assessors would look to explore my competence.

This made my actual interview far less intimidating and allowed me to focus on demonstrating my knowledge rather than trying to negotiate the formalities.

Jen was also very helpful over email, answering all the questions I had.

I am the first APC candidate my firm has taken on and as such my colleagues' current knowledge of the APC process and the exact requirements was not comprehensive. My employer supported me throughout the process and this included purchasing the Full Monty Package from Property Elite to aid my APC progression. The Property Elite team are experts in their fields and also on the APC process and all things RICS.

The feedback and advice I received on on my submission was comprehensive and excellent. My question pack was an invaluable tool to aid my revision.
The mock interview and immediate detailed feedback meant I was able to move forwards to the interview with confidence. At all times, communication was swift and friendly which made a huge difference.

Overall, Property Elite's help, advice and support was invaluable in helping me to pass my APC first time round.

I would highly recommend Property Elite to anyone considering the APC!

I availed the Submission Review and Question Pack while undertaking my APC. Jen and her team's response was quick and timely.

In addition to receiving quality feedback, I was also given detailed advice tailored to my pathway.

They went above and beyond to support and accommodate my particular needs which ultimately helped in my passing the first time!

Without Property Elite's support, mentoring and mock interview sessions I would not have been able to navigate my way through the APC!

Jen and Rachel were an invaluable asset to guiding me to becoming a Chartered Member and preparing me for my submission and assessment.

I booked an E-Mock Interview with Property Elite prior to sitting my APC Final Assessment. They were very accommodating in relation to arranging a suitable date/time and worked around my schedule.

The interview was very professional and conducting exactly like the real APC Final Assessment Interview. I received a detailed feedback report within 24 hours.

This was my second time sitting and this time round I wanted to be fully prepared for the different questions I could be asked on my submission.

I heard about Property Elite from a friend and bought the tailored question pack. I found this incredibly useful as it outlines the different questioning levels and is mostly based on the submission.

It was very useful to give to people for Q and A sessions too.

I purchased the Ace Your Assessment offer and selected the submission review and question pack tailored to my submission.

The turnaround time for review was quick and the comments and recommendations provided were invaluable.

The question pack was a great way to revise and definitely helped me to pass the APC first time.

Jen was also extremely helpful over email in the lead up to final assessment, answering any queries I had.

Thank you so much!
