Testimonials - RICS APC

I used the mock interview and the question pack which were my main source of revision on the lead up to my assessment. I found both services extremely helpful.

The mock interview was very good and was very similar to the actual assessment on the day and I used the questions on this and feedback to improve my submission. It also eased my nerves providing me with the scenario and questions to be anticipated.

I would 100% recommend for everyone sitting the APC to do at least one mock with Jen and Rachel, as I gained so much information/interview techniques that I didn’t even realise I would need for the final assessment.

The feedback received provided a great basis for the last few weeks of revision to plug any last gaps in my knowledge prior to the final assessment.

I purchased the APC Question Pack from Property Elite which included a comprehensive set of questions covering all areas of my submission.

These questions proved to be an excellent resource and were vital in my revision.

The question pack provided by Property Elite helped me target my revision and a good proportion of the questions came up in my final interview.

Their assistance played a huge part in me passing my APC! Fantastic service and well worth the investment for APC candidates.

There were practice questions in there that I had never even thought of, so I would highly recommend using this service. The free quizzes were also a really good revision tool.

In particular, the question pack and the mock interview really prepared me for the real assessment and I wouldn’t have passed without their help.

Pursuing membership via the research pathway with an interest in quantity surveying is still very niche and not that well known; it's not even on ARC, so finding someone who could understand the requirements was crucial for me.

I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking assistance in gearing up for assessment.

The question pack was comprehensive - it took some time to work through and helped me to go into the interview with confidence I had all bases covered.

I approached Jen once I had submitted for final assessment as I was struggling to find direction for my preparation for the final interview.

I purchased a question pack which was an invaluable source of information and guidance helping me to focus my revision on the key areas of my submission.

It did not leave my side during the final weeks before Interview and definitely helped me to pass first time!

I was recommended Property Elite's services by a friend and purchased the Full Monty package.

The advice, guidance and knowledge I then received throughout the months leading to my APC was invaluable and I was so grateful that Jen always responded so quickly.

The tailored question pack was extremely useful when it came to practicing Q&A and the mock really helped to build my confidence and perfect my answering technique.

Jen and Rachel offered their initial time to understand and discuss my individual needs and suggested the most appropriate action.

I am incredibly grateful to Property Elite for all they have done. Couldn’t have done it without you.

Mock interview very useful and a good review of my case. Question pack was a must and some questions did come up.

Thank you all!!!
