Testimonials - RICS APC

Property Elite are a fantastic service, that's provides candidates with direct and challenging APC experience which is absolutely invaluable preparation for the real thing.

Jen and Rachel were knowledgeable, insightful and honest in their feedback. They also provide a large question pack which was key in my revision.

I sought support from Property Elite to help me through my final month of APC revision (P&D Pathway) and they met all of my expectations! I booked an online mentoring session and an e-mock with them following a colleague's recommendation, and Jen and Rachel's expert and friendly advice really made a difference.

I found the service provided by Property Elite, in particular the submission review and e-mock interview, to be extremely useful in enabling me to pass my APC at the first attempt! Any questions/concerns I had were always addressed promptly by Jen and the constant support throughout the final submission process was invaluable.

No question or query was too much trouble for Jen & the team to respond to. The fast, concise responses guided my submission, explained the gaps assessors would want answers to in the presentation which in turn steered the follow-up panel questions and set the tone for a successful interview.

Jen and the team were very professional whilst ensuring that all sessions were very relaxed and encouraging. The mock interview was great and highly recommended.

I got to know Jen Lemen through RICS APC Forum at a time I was facing challenges with my APC case study. I immediately contacted Jen who readily helped point me in the right direction.

In most instances, Jen’s swift feedbacks through mind stimulating enquiries helped me figure out improvements on my own. I passed both my Preliminary Review Assessment and Final Assessment Interview at the first attempt.

I found Property Elite’s offer of Full Monty (i.e. submission review, APC question pack and E-mock Interview) particularly key in my APC journey. I am now a Chartered Member of RICS.

Property Elite provided excellent guidance in preparing my submission. The question packs saved a lot of time to review for the interview.

Would strongly recommend especially for candidates who are not with a firm that has chartered surveyors.

Purchased the question pack and e-mock and found them both really helpful in preparing for my final interview.

The team at Property Elite were a huge help through the APC process. My employer had no APC training scheme and Property Elite successfully provided me with everything I needed to see success at the final assessment.

Having experience on the type of questions based around my submissions was incredibly helpful.
