Testimonials - RICS APC

The mock interview helped boost my confidence and calm my nerves for the real thing and the mock assessors gave useful feedback and advice on areas I could improve.

I had little support when studying for my APC, I heard of Property Elite and I then had several mocks and mentoring sessions with Jen and I found this beyond useful and helpful. I feel as though this helped me with passing first time round! The mentoring with Jen was honestly worth it!

I would highly recommend the question pack which helped focus my revision and provided clear questions based on my submission which helped me pass first time.

However, the key part for me is that Jen genuinely cares about your progress and not only helped me on the academic side of things, but she was more than happy to talk to me to ease my nerves in the period where I was waiting for my final results.

I cannot thank Jen and the team enough and I will be making sure I recommend Property Elite to all other APC candidates I speak to.

I found the question pack a really good basis for my revision, it make me think about how to answer questions and not just learn things off by heart. It also made solo Q and A sessions possible.

The mock interview was very thorough, and I was given encouraging feedback at the end which instilled confidence going into the real thing.

Concise, efficient and to the point. I particularly found the e-mock assessment useful as it provided a realistic insight into what to expect on the day whilst giving an opportunity to ask questions and clarify any queries afterwards.

Jen and Rachel have provided great support throughout my APC.

The mentoring style, question packs and mocks have been on point to suit my individual needs.

The informative blogs have boosted my knowledge of various topics in relation to my chosen competencies and allowed me to stay on top of key changes/updated. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you both.

I found the APC process and final assessment an incredibly daunting experience. Working for a smaller firm meant I didn't have some of the resources which my peers had. Property Elite's blog and quizzes really helped fill in any gaps in my knowledge.

Both Jen and Rachel were approachable and understanding and have provided invaluable support when completing my case study and preparing for my final interview.

The quick response to queries, as well as the blog, are so helpful especially in an already stressful situation. Access to Property Elite through the website, email and Facebook is so easy to use.

Property Elite were very responsive and quick to reply to me even when I was very close to my final assessment date, I appreciated their help!

A massive thank you to the Property Elite team, who have played a key part in my journey to Chartered status. The submission review, question pack and e-mock were comprehensive, well polished and helped focus my revision to best effect.

I decided to book a mock interview with Property Elite about four weeks before my assessment. My firm offered excellent APC support but I felt I needed as many questioning sessions as possible to boost my confidence.
