Testimonials - RICS APC

The mock interview with Philip and his detailed feedback were particularly valuable and helped me refine my approach in the final stretch.

Over the past 12 months I’ve used the Property Elite CPD package, and I found it especially helpful for covering both mandatory and technical competencies. It’s a great resource if you’re not in a structured rotation, as it makes it easy to build up meaningful CPD hours for the logbook.

I also found the blog extremely useful — the summaries of current issues, changes to standards, and wider professional updates are presented in clear, digestible pieces, which makes staying up to date feel manageable rather than overwhelming.

I went through Property Elite as I wanted an independent review outside of my company. Property Elite were very professional and extremely thorough with the question pack examples they provided.

The question pack prepared me for some of the tougher interview questions, which helped me ace the APC interview first time. Jen went through my mandatory competencies with a fine tooth comb, which helped tremendously. Jens panel of expert advisors helped me through the technical competencies, which was very beneficial.

The mock interviews Property Elite provided were also extremely good and prepared me for the real interview on the day. I got a detailed feedback report on both my mock interviews which gave me areas to improve.

Jen was very quick to respond to my enquiry and the turn around on the Q&A pack was equally fast.

The Q&A pack became my primary point of reference as far as self-study and group-study was concerned. The questions were broad, relevant, and challenging.

As someone pursuing several niche competencies within Corporate Real Estate, I found that publicly available resources were limited. The APC Question Pack they provided was absolutely invaluable — it helped me understand exactly what assessors would be looking for.

I’m pleased to say that I went on to pass my APC, and Property Elite’s support was a key part of that success.

I’d highly recommend Property Elite to anyone undertaking their APC, particularly if they’re navigating specialist or less well-covered areas of practice.

Without the support of Jen and her team I wouldn't have known where to start navigating the APC process. The excellent mentoring provided by Charles helped me to plan and structure everything I needed and what was required for a successful APC. The resources, webinars in the build up provided great revision tools in addition to the blogs for up to date content. The support provided in the weeks leading up to my assessment by the way of mocks and feedback were invaluable.

I found Property Elite’s APC mentoring to be highly professional and well-structured. Roger provided clear, practical guidance throughout and his targeted feedback helped my development through the process. The mock interviews were an excellent way to prepare for the real thing.

Jen was very prompt and professional getting a mock session organised for me at a busy point in the calendar. My mock was well put together and extremely helpful in the run up to assessment.

Really informative sessions and podcasts, as well as a 1-2-1 with Kate which was really useful.

Property Elite provided me with excellent APC support through e-mock practice and evaluative feedback.

They also have great short-form podcasts and free resources online which I found very helpful for revision.

Their structured training has been invaluable in helping me understand how the APC is structured, conducted, and phrased. Mock interviews, the question pack, and frequent support was exactly what I needed to achieve the APC.
