Testimonials - RICS APC

Jen and her dedicated team really are amazing. The unique scope of services and support they offer really helped me through.

I would definitely recommend them to other APC candidates striving to become chartered!

Property Elite were excellent in helping me prepare for my APC which I passed first time.

I attended some of their workshops which were excellently delivered.

Furthermore, I had a mock interview with one of their assessors who asked very similar questions to what I was asked in the APC, which was excellent for my preparation.

Property Elite gave me a full run through of a real life assessment as well as a very comprehensive one-to-one feedback at the end as well as a Feedback report. These helped me identify where I needed to improve and ultimately ensured I corrected any improvements ready for my final exam.

Property Elite proved to be an invaluable asset to my journey through the APC process. From the early stage mentoring sessions running through competencies, to the pre-assessment mock interviews, their help really gave me the competence and confidence to pass first time.

Kate has been invaluable during my APC preparation. I opted for a few hours of private tuition with Kate with two weeks to go until my interview. I was very nervous prior to this but felt very confident going into my assessment. I am very grateful for all the support provided, thank you very much!

Many thanks for all the support to help me with my APC preparation. I took advantage of the Monthly mentoring package that included document review, Q&A pack, mock interview as well as mentoring.

Excellent team. Very friendly and efficient booking system. Comprehensive, tailored guidance.

The e-mock interview and APC question pack were invaluable for my preparation for the assessment. Property Elite structured everything perfectly so I could be ready for the interview and had the resources to revise efficiently.

Thanks so much to Jen and Property Elite - the two mocks that I had were both so well organised, and the written feedback report I received after each was such a useful tool in aiding with my revision.

Property Elite was a fantastic resource throughout my APC, and was instrumental in passing my assessment on my first try.

I found their ongoing mentoring extremely useful in preparation and the mock interview that was offered was also extremely useful in identifying key improvement areas ahead of the final assessment.

I am extremely grateful to Jen Lemen and James Clifford for all their help.

I am extremely grateful for the invaluable advice and practical examples David Reynolds provided while helping me prepare for my final assessment. His energetic and enthusiastic approach made each session engaging and enjoyable, while also boosting my confidence and understanding.
