Testimonials - RICS APC

Property Elite's tailored question pack allowed me to do Q&As with my family, who without the pack wouldn't have known what to ask me (they're not in the industry).

The Property Elite, blog, website, podcasts, and posts were also a lifeline to me throughout my revision.

They offered me the ability to understand complex topics, as the posts were not overly complicated and broke everything down.

From explaining the two-year journey at the beginning , to giving guidance on the submission document - and all the way to the practice interviews that gave me the confidence to sit the final assessment.

Jen and Property Elite were really helpful providing a mock interview and offering vital feedback in the lead up to my APC.

I found the APC Revision Guide Package to be an invaluable aid to focus my studies both for the APC and working as a Chartered Surveyor. I was also delighted to find the E-Mock Interview excellent value for money and useful preparation for presenting myself on the day.

Property Elite owns part of the credit for my achievement in becoming an MRICS qualified professional. I can confidently recommend the resources and immense support provided for APC Assessment.

Jen and the team were fantastic from start to finish.

Having been referred and working within in a small team I found the external help and support vital to getting through the very challenging process.

Jen has a superb eye for detail and I found a second opinion on my documents a real help especially to eliminate minor errors.

Thanks Property Elite for being a great source of support and mentorship through out my journey to achieving the MRICS status. You are the best at what you do and please continue.

The document review definitively improved the quality of my submission. The question pack can be overwhelming at the beginning but it forces you to think of every possible question. Jen is very responsive and friendly. I passed the APC first time. Thank you

I utilised a mentoring session, question pack and mock interview. All of which ensured I was prepared as possible for the real thing and allowed me to pass first time.

I contacted Property Elite based on the recommendation from a friend.

Property Elite provided guidance throughout my APC assessment and made the entire process more manageable. They were reliable and responded promptly to any questions that I raised.

The question pack, mock interviews and Property Elite blogs really helped me prepare for the final interview.

I would highly recommended the mock interviews as they highlight key areas of improvement. This process has significantly improved my communication skills and self confidence.

Thank you to the team for all your help and support. After a very long journey I am proud to say I passed my APC assessment first time round.
