Testimonials - RICS APC

The Submission Review service gave me confidence in my submission and the APC Question Pack provided focus for my revision. Additionally, Jen was always on hand to quickly answer any questions I had.

The APC was at many a times, a defeating and isolating process for me, and finding and having Property Elite by my side provided me with the encouragement and compassion that rekindled my dedication to persevere each time. The service as a whole is truly first class in every aspect, from a very easy to use, glitch-free website to prompt responses to my emails. I never felt alone or neglected with Property Elite.

The Submission Review with Jen produced an incredibly professional document which was praised by the RICS Assessors, with attention to detail in technical, grammar and punctuation. The E-Mock Interviews with Brian and Chris and APC Question Pack helped me identify weakness in my knowledge, sharpen my answers and prepare me mentally too. The mentoring sessions were priceless to get accustomed to Q&A techniques and boost my confidence. The Revision Quizzes helped me practice what I learnt and the weekly blogs were crucial to stay on top of the current hot topics which is an APC must.

I write this testimonial now, as a newly qualified Chartered Surveyor and all thanks to Jen and her amazing team at Property Elite, a brand that I will always remember for helping me achieve my most cherished dream and I would recommend Jen to anyone starting or going through their APC.

Brilliant support through the APC process, especially the review of documents and mock interview - highly recommend!

As an in-house surveyor on a niche pathway, the Property Elite question pack was extremely helpful for me in preparing for final interview.

It's very detailed and thorough and working through it diligently ensured that I was able to present confidently at interview with both an in-depth understanding of my own submission document as well as a solid general knowledge of relevant RICS documents, current hot topics and recent industry trends.

Property Elite have been incredibly helpful in my preparation for the APC and giving me a clear understanding of the process.

The mentors are all knowledgeable, patient and focused on getting you through the process.

Working client side often presents challenges for someone taking their APC, as there isn’t usually the same support and training infrastructure in place that you find at some of the bigger consultancy firms.

My company supported me by appointing the Property Elite team to guide me through the process and provide training where required.

The mentors are great and provide a clear insight into the process, they are also very supportive and on hand to answer questions when needed.

The submission review was thorough, the question pack covered all areas of potential questioning and the mock interview identified improvement areas giving me confidence on the final day in front of the RICS panel.

The online resources are also good for expanding your level one knowledge base.

I passed my APC first time with the help of Property Elite! I purchased the question pack which formed the basis of my revision. The support I received from Property Elite was invaluable.

The support and guidance provided to me by Jen and the Property Elite team was invaluable during my preparation for the final assessment, and I would highly recommend their services to any future APC candidates.

I opted for the Full Monty package and found the combination of the submission review hugely reassuring prior to sending it in, the mock was so valuable to get used to the interview process and the questions were invaluable as part of my revision. The service from Property Elite was always quick and friendly.

Jen and her team were able to organise two Q&A sessions in the week leading up to my interview. The flexibility of the service provided was fantastic, together with frank and constructive feedback, this allowed me to make sure I was able to demonstrate my experience and pass the APC.
