Testimonials - RICS APC

Jen and the team provided a review of my draft APC submission and provided valuable feedback and tips for improvement.

I'd like to say a big thank you for helping me pass my APC and I would highly recommend to others.

Property Elite offer a wide range of services for APC candidates. Jen was more than happy to arrange a consultation to establish my needs. I utilised the free resources and found the podcasts and blogs particularly helpful in helping me to pass my APC first time.

Professional guidance & support from an excellent team of experienced trainers.

Jen, David & Kevin’s help was absolutely essential for me in successfully navigating a very demanding process.

In my view, Property Elite’s help is mandatory in passing the APC.

The APC Question Pack was particularly challenging but an invaluable revision tool to ensure I had covered all of the competencies thoroughly.

The mock interview is a great way of preparing you and getting you in the mindset of how the panellists act.

Would recommend!

I procured a Question Pack and E-Mock from Property Elite for the purpose.

I strongly recommend APC Candidates try the services offered by Property Elite as they know everything there is to know about the RICS and the APC process.

I found the mock interviews incredibly helpful. As much as studying on your own is helpful; having the experience of real RICS assessors pushing you on realistic questions and showing you other angles that interviewers may adopt was priceless for me.

I had a disastrous first mock interview, and decided at that point to book two more to ensure that I was fully prepared for the real thing. Without the mocks I wouldn't have passed so I'm hugely grateful and would recommend these interviews to anyone preparing for their first APC interview.

Also, Jen was a pleasure to deal with and offered additional help by answering queries that I had.

I can not thank Property Elite enough for all their help and support. From checking my submission, to the question pack. The mock interview was invaluable and actually helped focus my revision to the correct areas.

When I initially contacted Property Elite I wasn't sure if they would be able to help me as my role didn't appear to easily fit into the Commercial Real Estate Pathway, but after the initial consultation it was clear they had a wide range of mentors who could offer the support I would need.

Michelle has without a doubt made a huge difference in my approach the APC and the insight and support that both she and the wider team were able to provide me meant that I was ready for the interview. She provided me technical support, directed me to further reading and questioned me in a way that pushed me but didn't scare me away. I went with a competency I hadn't previously considered but was a great fit for my work. Being a nervous candidate, I appreciated having someone to bounce thoughts off and knew if I needed some clarification she would point me the right way.

I had a number of mocks and discussions with different mentors which help grow my confidence and gave me different views on where the questions could go on the day.

I purchased the Full Monty which included a Submission Review, APC Questions Pack and E-mock Interview.

The inputs from the Property Elite consultants as part of the submission review added value to my submission. The Question Pack covered all areas of my selected competencies that I endured throughout my interview.

The E-Mock Interview prepared me for the actual interview, and I was provided with feedback which was critical in aiding my success in the interview. I also utilised the hourly mentoring session, which complemented the above package, and covered off any areas of doubt I was experiencing prior to sitting my APC.

Their advice and support was invaluable in successfully navigating the APC process.

I would advise anyone undertaking the APC to consider Property Elite.
