Having purchased the revision guide, quizzes and the APC question pack, I had a wide variety of materials to study from.

I purchased these after submitting my summary of experience and case study, but the revision guide in particular would have been extremely useful in preparing these documents - still very useful for revising though.

The revision quizzes were good - focused more on level 1 answers, but a good way to reinforce what had been learnt.

The APC question pack very thorough - 1,000 questions which I used as the basis for my revision.

Overall really useful, Jen was also so quick to respond to queries and provide extra help which went above and beyond what I was expecting.

As a Graduate Surveyor working in a small firm with one other surveyor, I had no other colleagues to turn to for help, and after being referred in 2020, I knew that I needed to build my support network.

From the first time I spoke with Jen, and throughout the whole process, she has been extremely helpful and considerate and you are not made to feel like a number - considering how many candidates she deals with on a regular basis.

My firm purchased the Monthly Mentoring package and it was invaluable and I can confidently say that I would not have passed my APC in May 2023 without this. My mentor, Roger, was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me through the whole process and I learnt so much from him that assisted in my final assessment.

For a small firm like mine, the package is not cheap, however, as the saying goes "you get what you pay for". I am sure that my boss would agree that it definitely offered value for money, as it helped in achieving the MRICS letters after my name. I would like to also add, the free weekly blogs that candidates can subscribe to were also vital to my knowledge building, for both the hot topics, and important competency areas for each pathway, throughout the APC - it's free so why would you not sign up.

I strongly recommend APC Candidates try the services offered by Property Elite as they know everything there is to know about the RICS and the APC process.

I found the mock interviews incredibly helpful. As much as studying on your own is helpful; having the experience of real RICS assessors pushing you on realistic questions and showing you other angles that interviewers may adopt was priceless for me.

I had a disastrous first mock interview, and decided at that point to book two more to ensure that I was fully prepared for the real thing. Without the mocks I wouldn't have passed so I'm hugely grateful and would recommend these interviews to anyone preparing for their first APC interview.

Also, Jen was a pleasure to deal with and offered additional help by answering queries that I had.
