Testimonials - RICS APC

Coming from a quantity surveying background with zero property experience nor a real estate degree, yet on a 12-month structured training programme, I had a lot to learn in a short amount of time.

Roger was an invaluable help to me, being patient with me through my (extremely) last minute submission documents changes and all the way through to my interview, ensuring I knew exactly what to expect on the day, and it ran like clockwork!

I owe a large proportion of my success to the brilliant staff at Property Elite and couldn't recommend them highly enough to anyone who may be considering extra help for their APC.

Thank you for all your help in aiding me to pass my APC! The submission review, revision materials, and 1-to-1 calls were all really helpful in getting me assessment-ready and ultimately passing on the day.

I chose the Full Monty Pack and included extra mentoring sessions, and they proved to be incredibly beneficial!

Jen reviewed my submission and provided me with a question pack promptly, giving me time to prepare for the final assessment.

She also connected me with the right professionals for each competency. Every team member not only provided valuable technical advice but also offered unwavering support and belief in my abilities. This boosted my confidence and played a significant role in my success.

I am deeply grateful to the Property Elite Team!

Property Elite helped me enormously in preparing my APC documentation and interview. Jen’s email response time has been extremely fast, often feeling like a phone call would take longer. Property Elite has access to the right training staff who have been invaluable from the outset.

I cannot thank Roger, Jen and the wider team for their help enough, I truly would not have been able to put together the submission and presentation I did without their guidance.

From not fully understanding what I needed to do, what experiences I needed to record or where to begin to now being an MRICS.

This would not have been doable without the weekly guidance and support from Roger and Property Elite.

The APC journey is a very challenging process, for the right reasons. After my referral in May 2023, the result hit me hard and my self confidence was at an all time low. Although I agreed with my result, I felt that as I was the first surveyor in my firm to go through the APC process, I needed additional support.

Property Elite were fantastic throughout my journey. I purchased the question pack, an e-mock interview and some mentoring sessions on the competencies I needed to strengthen, which were; Data Management, Ethics and Valuation. These resources were worth every penny and were delivered in a professional but relaxed manner.

I still can't believe that I'm writing this, but I am now a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer! Please don't hesitate to get in touch with Jen and her team if you need that extra bit of support to get you over the line.

My experience with Jen and the Property Elite team was outstanding - I always received prompt support, care, and expert guidance.

The team saved me a lot of time by guiding me in the right direction during my APC route. I also highly recommend the mock interview.

Property Elite made the whole APC process a lot clearer and provided invaluable feedback to help strengthen my submission. Their podcasts, articles and guidance were very constructive and I was provided feedback very promptly considering the time pressure.

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services provided by Property Elite, and I am thrilled to share what a truly wonderful experience it was.

From the moment I engaged with Property Elite, the level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction was evident. The team went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my APC Application was not only met but exceeded my expectations.

The question pack and revision quizzes formed a key part of my revision strategy for the APC - invaluable service and would recommend to all APC candidates!
