I first sat my AssocRICS assessment in February 2021 and, unfortunately, was referred by my assessors.

Based on my referral report, Jen and Mike were extremely helpful in helping me to understand how and why I had been referred, and gave me fantastic feedback on the first draft of my revised submission which allowed me to identify where I had done well, and where I could make further amendments in order to make my submission as robust as possible.

The use of tracked changes in MS Word was particularly helpful, and allowed me to identify changes that had been made and suggested.

Throughout my training with Property Elite, I felt as though I was already a qualified member of RICS.
