Technical review of your RICS APC, AssocRICS or FRICS final assessment submission.
 
This will be provided by a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS, or in some cases AssocRICS for AssocRICS submissions ONLY) who specialises in your pathway and is a trained assessor. 
 
We cover all RICS APC, AssocRICS and FRICS routes, pathways and world regions.
 
We will use 3 hours of time to provide one round of full feedback on your entire submission.
 
We will review your submission using comment boxes and track changes, together with a summary covering email. For the RICS APC and AssocRICS, this includes your summary of experience, case study and CPD record. 
 
We can also review your submission in light of any previous referral report(s) you have received, to ensure that you are addressing any concerns raised. 
 
Additionally, if you require any further feedback or reviewing (over and above the initial 3 hour one round review) then we are happy to do so on the basis of our standard hourly rate (£125 + VAT per hour). This can include proof reading and word count reduction. 
 
Our turnaround time is 7 working days.
 
Please note that your final assessment submission is your own responsibility and we always recommend that you proof read your final submission carefully. This is particularly the case if you make any further amendments following the review of your submission by Property Elite.
