Master the first and most important 10 minutes of your RICS APC final assessment interview - focussing on design, structure and delivery.

Your 10-minute presentation is the only part of the interview you can fully control. Make it count!

This package combines professional design work with expert coaching. A dedicated communication specialist from Property Elite will work with you to craft a robust narrative, design a visual aid that looks professional and refine your delivery so you come across as a competent professional.

What is included?

Phase 1: Strategy & Structure (Coaching Session 1)

  • The deep dive - we start with a 60 minute 1-to-1 video call to review your initial draft notes.

  • Focus and flow - we help you strip back the noise and focus on the key issue(s) of your case study. We ensure that the structure of your presentation tells a compelling story within the strict 10 minute time limit.

Phase 2: Professional Design

  • We do the work - you focus on revising and we focus on formatting your presentation. We take your agreed notes and create a high-impact PowerPoint Presentation for you.

  • Assessor-ready - we ensure that the design is clean, professional, and optimised for presenting via Microsoft Teams.

Phase 3: Rehearsal & Polish (Coaching Session 2)

  • The run-through - once the slides are ready, we meet for a second 60 minute video call.

  • Delivery coaching - we simulate the presentation live. We critique your body language, pacing, and tone to ensure you look and sound like a Chartered Surveyor.

Why choose this package?

  • Save time - stop fighting with PowerPoint formatting. Let us handle the visuals while you master the content.

  • Boost your confidence - walk into your assessment knowing your slides look great and your script is perfectly timed.
