In this course, you will learn everything you need to know to value investments, developments, debt and joint ventures.

 

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Value real estate investments using DCF in Excel from scratch.

  • Understand how debt works, key terminology, how to include it in your DCF models.

  • Understand key lease events (break clauses, vacancy, indexation, rent reviews, etc.) and how they impact valuation.

  • Value multi-tenanted commercial and residential properties.
