Prepare for your RICS APC final assessment knowing exactly what your assessment panel will be looking for.
Landlord & Tenant is one of the most technical and highly scrutinised RICS APC Commercial Real Estate competencies at final assessment.
This intensive, full-day workshop is designed to take you beyond textbook theory and show you exactly how to apply commercial real estate landlord & tenant principles to your own Level 2 and Level 3 examples.
Led by Charles Watson MSc FRICS - a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor, L&T specialist, and acting RICS APC Chair and Assessor - this session offers a fantastic opportunity to learn directly from an assessor's perspective.
Charles will use real-life scenarios to bring complex issues to life, helping you fine-tune your knowledge, sharpen your skills and structure robust interview responses.
Who should attend?
This workshop is highly recommended for any RICS APC candidates undertaking the Landlord & Tenant (Commercial Real Estate) competency to Level 2 or Level 3.
