Are you already MRICS and want to advance your career by becoming FRICS? 
 
To be eligible to apply for FRICS, you need to:
Be acting to further and promoting RICS and the profession
Be acting for the benefit of a third party to reflect RICS’ public interest mandate
Have at least 5 years' post qualification (MRICS) experience
 
We will assist you to:
Identify and select appropriate evidence for your four chosen fellowship characteristics
Prepare your FRICS application to meet the RICS requirements
Proof read your work to ensure it is of the highest standard
 
You will be supported by a Chartered Surveyor and Property Elite consultant with experience of the FRICS assessment process.
