Property Elite are excited to host a series of half-day online APC revision workshops, designed to give you the competitive edge for your final assessment interview.
Led by our team of experienced pathway-specific Chartered Surveyors and trained APC Assessors/Chairs, these intensive, highly focused sessions are designed to help you fine-tune your knowledge, practice your interview responses and demonstrate reasoned advice at level 3.
We won’t just cover what you need to know; we will guide you on how to articulate your level 2 and level 3 experience effectively.
Who are these workshops for?
Session 2 2026 candidates - ideal if you are preparing to submit in Session 2 2026, covering both submission tips and interview preparation.
Future session candidates - the workshops will be equally valuable if you are earlier on in your RICS APC journey; you'll learn exactly how to frame and write up your competencies to the high standards required by RICS.
All routes and regions - suitable for candidates on all RICS APC routes and in all world regions..
When are they?
- Residential and Valuation technical competencies - Monday 7 September 2026, 0900-1230
- Commercial Real Estate and Valuation technical competencies - Monday 7 September 2026, 1330-1700
- Mandatory competencies - suitable for candidates on all pathways - Thursday 1 October 2026, 0900-1230
- Quantity Surveying & Construction (and Project Management) technical competencies - Friday 9 October 2026, 0900-1230
- Building Surveying technical competencies - Wednesday 14 October 2026, 0900-1230
Each will be for a half day and be delivered online using Microsoft Teams.
Afterwards, you will receive:
- Recording, transcript and summary of the workshop
- Slides and notes
- CPD certificate (3.5 hours of structured CPD)
- Follow-up 15 minute mentoring call with one of our team
What will we cover?
In the mandatory competency workshop, we will cover all 11 mandatory competencies in depth, including the required knowledge at level 1 and experience / advice requirements in levels 2 and 3 (as required).
In each pathway-specific workshop, we will cover all of the core technical competencies, in addition to a brief overview of the optional technical competencies relevant to those booked on the session.
Each workshop will include interactive Q&A and hot seat practice. We encourage you to bring your burning questions and real-world examples. Active participation is essential so that you can test out your answers in a supportive environment.
Prior to the workshop, we’ll ask you to confirm your optional competency choices, challenges and any specific questions so that our trainers can tailor the session to your needs.
How much do they cost?
Each workshop is £90 + VAT, which is excellent value for a half day with an active assessor and experienced Chartered Surveyor.
