Property Elite are excited to host a half day online APC workshop, focussing on the technical core and optional competencies for the Residential and Valuation pathways.
 
This will be led by Kate Rowan BSc Hons MSc MRICS - an experienced Chartered Surveyor and RICS APC Assessor. 
 
Our in-depth workshop will fully prepare you to ace your APC and the Residential and Valuation pathways. Kate will help you to fine tune your knowledge, skills and interview responses.
 
She will explain the key knowledge you need to know at interview, and more importantly how you can explain this in the context of your examples at levels 2 and 3.

Who is this suitable for?
This will be suitable for any RICS APC Residential and Valuation pathway candidates, including those being interviewed in Session 1 2026.
 
What will we cover?
We will cover the three core technical competencies; Measurement, Inspection and Valuation. Depending on the optional technical competencies of the candidates who book on, we will briefly cover these too.
